Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch professional at a healthcare location, where you will monitor activity, coordinate communications, and support timely responses to security-related needs. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license. You will remain visible, conduct routine patrols, and deliver outstanding customer service while working with a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and guided by integrity. Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $22.80 / Hour Job Schedule Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, dispatch protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Monitor phones, radios, alarms, and/or other communication systems, relay routine and urgent information, and coordinate the dispatch of personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner. Document incidents, service requests, and unusual activity in dispatch logs and/or electronic systems, escalating concerns to site leadership when appropriate. Assist with monitoring access activity, after-hours calls, and/or delivery coordination, helping to support orderly operations and timely communication across the location. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, with working environments and conditions varying by location. Minimum Requirements A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
