Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $30.33 / Hour Job Schedule Tue: 03:00 PM - 01:00 AM Wed: 03:00 PM - 01:00 AM Thur: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access‑related protocols, and/or emergency communication activities in a government transit location. Monitor radio, phone, and computer‑based communications to receive calls for service, document incidents, and relay information to field personnel, supervisors, and/or public agency contacts. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, helping to coordinate appropriate security‑related, medical, and/or law enforcement response when needed. Track activity across assigned locations, maintain accurate logs and dispatch records, and prepare reports related to incidents, service requests, and unusual activity. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned, while supporting dispatch operations and helping to identify potential issues requiring follow‑up. Minimum Requirements Possess at least 2 years of security‑related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. A guard card and/or license is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
