Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health, substance use, and related medical needs, ensuring culturally sensitive practices.

• Provide individual, couple, and family counseling that encompasses intake, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and ongoing evaluations to adapt strategies as necessary.
\n
• Create and maintain accurate electronic records, including mental health evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans, using our designated EHR system.
\n
• Perform suicide risk assessments proactively and escalate issues to medical providers when client needs indicate.
\n
• Act as a liaison to connect clients with local resources and support services such as medication assistance programs and community agencies.
\n
• Collaborate with the Quality Improvement team to design and implement effective data collection processes that track client progress and outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with diverse populations, including individuals and families who are navigating difficult personal circumstances related to behavioral health. Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active and valid Oregon state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is required.
\n
• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in clinical social work in a health-related setting.

• Proficiency in counseling techniques, crisis assessment, and independent judgment-making related to direct counseling services is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in group facilitation and organizing social support activities is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
