Travel RN - Home Health
American Traveler
American Traveler is hiring an experienced Home Health RN with OASIS and HCHB EMR experience for a geriatric caseload.
Job Details • Home Health setting serving an adult geriatric patient population,• Average daily caseload of 5-7 patients,
• Schedule is Monday-Friday with possible weekend shifts,
• On-call responsibilities required, details discussed during interview,
• Territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the hub office,
• Travelers expected to be flexible with assigned territory,
• Uses HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) EMR system, Job Requirements • Active RN license (MO or Compact) required, in hand prior to start,
• BLS certification required,
• Minimum 1 year of recent Home Health nursing experience required,
• OASIS experience required,
• HCHB charting system experience required, Additional Information • Provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in a home health setting,
• Scrubs required in any color, no jeans permitted,
• iPad provided for documentation, personal cell phone not required,
• Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate,
• First-time travelers are not accepted for this role,
• Local candidates accepted at the same travel rate
