The Role Be the voice of B2Spin — building vibrant online communities, sparking conversations, and turning players into loyal fans across our social platforms. What You Will Do Manage and grow B2Spin's presence across social media platforms, keeping content fresh, on-brand, and engaging Monitor, respond to, and moderate community interactions to foster a positive and active player community Identify trends, player sentiment, and community insights to help shape content and engagement strategies Collaborate with internal teams to develop campaigns, promotions, and community-driven initiatives Track and report on key community metrics, turning data into actionable recommendations Act as the bridge between our players and our teams, ensuring player feedback is heard and acted upon What We Are Looking For Proven experience managing social media channels and online communities, ideally within gaming or entertainment A natural communicator with a talent for writing engaging, on-brand content Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices Ability to spot trends and translate community sentiment into meaningful insights Comfortable working in a fast-paced, globally distributed team environmentA genuine passion for gaming and player experience --- Why You Will Love It You will be at the heart of a brand that is genuinely disrupting the social casino space.
