This remote role is designed for a creative marketing professional who can take ownership of digital brand presence and online engagement. You will support businesses by developing compelling content, managing social platforms, and improving their visibility across digital channels. The role combines strategy, storytelling, analytics, and hands‑on execution in a fast-moving environment. Accountabilities: The Social Media & Marketing Specialist will manage end-to-end digital marketing activities, helping clients strengthen their online presence through strategic content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking. This role requires a balance of creativity, organization, and analytical thinking to deliver consistent, impactful marketing outcomes. Manage and grow social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile. Develop content calendars and oversee consistent, brand-aligned publishing schedules. Create engaging content including graphics, short‑form videos, reels, captions, newsletters, blogs, and promotional materials. Design branded assets using Canva or similar tools while maintaining visual consistency. Edit video content using tools such as CapCut or equivalent platforms. Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments and messages, and support online community growth. Track social media performance, website analytics, campaign results, and key marketing metrics. Prepare reports with insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness. Support email marketing campaigns, website updates, SEO initiatives, landing pages, and digital advertising activities. Assist with referral campaigns, community outreach, events, employer branding, and recruitment marketing initiatives. Coordinate content collection from internal teams and multiple locations when needed. Maintain awareness of social media trends, platform updates, and evolving digital marketing best practices. Provide additional administrative or executive support when required by client needs, including scheduling, inbox organization, and task coordination. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a self‑motivated marketing professional with strong communication skills, creative instincts, and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities. Experience creating digital content and supporting brand growth across different platforms is essential. 2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or a related field. Proven experience creating high‑quality written and visual content across multiple platforms. Strong proficiency with Canva or comparable design tools and excellent visual judgment. Experience managing content calendars, publishing workflows, and multi‑channel campaigns. Excellent written English communication skills with the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice. Ability to work independently, generate ideas proactively, and manage deadlines effectively. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow‑through. Comfortable collaborating with leadership teams, gathering requirements, and presenting results. Reliable remote work setup with stable internet access. Experience supporting healthcare, wellness, therapy, or community‑focused organizations is a plus. Familiarity with video editing tools, email marketing platforms, SEO concepts, website management, analytics tools, or paid advertising is preferred. Experience supporting multi‑location organizations or coordinating content across different teams is an advantage. Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 is beneficial.
