Location: Dallas, Texas

Start Date: 03-17-2026

Contract Type: 13 week Travel contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, with rotating days

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care in a dynamic hospital setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas or compact license (or willingness to obtain)
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in an acute care setting
• BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and build rapport with patients

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
