Human Resources Coordinator

Now hiring an HR Coordinator for a contract-to-hire position in Dublin, OH! Established manufacturing company is seeking an HR Coordinator for an immediate opening! This is an ideal role for someone looking to grow their HR career! The HR Coordinator will provide support across key HR functions, including benefits administration, leave management, recruiting, onboarding, HRIS data reporting, employee communications, and compliance activities. Responsibilities: Assist with employee inquiries regarding benefits, HR policies, leave administration, and general employment matters Support benefit administration activities and open enrollment coordination Assist employees with FMLA, short-term disability, and other leave types, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations Generate basic reports for payroll, benefits, attendance, and headcount, and assist with data entry into the HRIS system Asist with recruiting efforts, coordinate screenings and onboarding, and maintain applicant tracking systems Maintain employee files and documentation, and assist with general HR administrative duties Salary range will be $50,000 - $55,000 depending on experience. This position will be working in-office from 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. Experience: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred 1 year of experience in HR, recruiting, payroll, or administrative experience (HR internships may be considered as well) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with HRIS systems is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Trillium Staffing Solutions
