Work Environment

As an onsite Physical Therapist at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center in Fort Myers Beach, you will work within a supportive, interdisciplinary environment. Your schedule comprises approximately 40 hours per week, with variable weekend duties as required. Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Physical Therapist, you will:

• Examine and evaluate patients to develop personalized treatment plans addressing their functional limitations and disabilities.
• Consult with healthcare providers regarding the continuum of care for each patient, ensuring consistent and effective communication.
• Deliver thorough evaluations and implement treatment, regularly re-evaluating patients and educating them and their families on progress and discharge plans.
• Document all findings and treatments meticulously, adhering to professional standards of documentation.
• Monitor treatment outcomes, adjust plans as necessary, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in all documentation.
• Supervise and manage support staff, facilitating their professional development and maintaining department efficiency.
