Key Responsibilities

• Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough evaluations of patients, reviewing their medical history, assessing their physical capabilities, and determining appropriate treatment protocols. This includes utilizing evidence-based practices to develop individualized care plans.
• Engage with patients and their families to explain evaluation findings and the proposed treatment strategies, ensuring they are involved in goal-setting and understand the steps towards recovery.
• Implement treatment protocols proficiently, adjusting techniques in response to changes in the patients' progress and the evolving healthcare landscape.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, consulting with other healthcare professionals when necessary, and promptly documenting changes in patients' conditions that may require modifications to their care plans.
• Conduct discharge planning and ensure comprehensive follow-up care, documenting patient interactions meticulously to reflect the continuum of care, including clear initial assessments, ongoing progress notes, and final evaluations.
• Meet productivity expectations through effective time management, maintaining an organized schedule, and punctuality for all clinical and team meetings.
• Contribute to department goals by participating in quality assurance activities, adhering to regulations, and engaging in community outreach and marketing initiatives that promote the clinic's services.
• Pursue continuing education to enhance your professional capabilities and become eligible to serve as a clinical instructor for physiotherapy students.
