Our highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an emerging Attorney to join our litigation team. We are in search of a candidate who has a solid understanding of the litigation process, and a desire to further their career. If you are an associate attorney looking for the opportunity to manage your own caseload and have at least three years of litigation experience, we encourage you to apply!


The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills while maintaining a client-focused approach to their cases. As an integral member of our litigation team, you will have the opportunity to manage all aspects of litigation in a broad spectrum of matters. The attorney for this position should be able to manage their own cases. But our partners are always available for guidance and mentorship.

Qualifications:

• 4 + years of litigation experience (our firm has many practice area)
• Proficiency in drafting briefs, pleadings, motions, and written discovery
• Experience handling multiple cases independently, while collaborating on cases in a team setting
• Exceptional skills with written and oral arguments
• Active membership and ability to practice law within the state of Georgia
• Motivated to learn and grow

Responsibilities:

• Propounding and responding to discovery
• Take and defend depositions and attend court hearings
• Trial preparation and active participation in trials alongside senior attorneys
• Attend mediations, active participation in negotiating settlements
• Manage your own cases
