As a trusted leader in residential home services, we're growing and looking for a hands-on HVAC Service Manager to take our HVAC service department to the next level.This role is central to our leadership team by partnering with the General Manager on strategy and sales, and supporting the Install Manager to drive strong execution in the field.This is a high-impact opportunity for a leader who delivers results, builds teams, and leads from the front.What You'll Be DoingThis is not a sit-behind-the-desk role. You'll be leading from the front, both in the field and in the office.Lead & Develop a Strong Team• Coach and mentor HVAC technicians through regular ride-alongs• Set clear expectations and hold your team accountable• Help recruit, hire, and develop top talent• Collaborate with existing leadership to optimize processes, improve service efficiency, and scale performanceDrive Growth & Performance• Own department performance: revenue, margins, and efficiency• Responsible for contributing to and executing a revenue plan in service performance, in alignment with an established management team• Track and improve KPIs like average ticket, conversion rates, and productivity.• Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve operations• Drive service strategy focused on achieving and increasing high ticket averages• Balance technical expertise with a sales-driven mindset to promote and sell services and solutions• Maintain ownership of HVAC Service team budget, including forecasting, cost control, and profitabilityStay Hands-On in the Field• Work alongside HVAC Service Technicians to coach technical skills and customer interactions• Ensure quality work and strong customer experience• Be a resource your team can rely onRun a Tight Operation• Manage labor, expenses, and overall department profitability• Partner with dispatch to optimize scheduling and efficiency• Oversee payroll, job data, and administrative functionsDeliver Great Customer Experience• Support HVAC Service Technicians in providing top-tier service• Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and careWhat We Offer:· Competitive Pay & Bonuses: Total compensation package from $120,000.00 - $149,000.00· Perks: Company vehicle for work use + allocated gas amount.· PTO + 6 paid holidays· Weekly pay; Every Friday is payday!· Comprehensive Benefits Package :· Health insurance with 75% employer-paid premium for employees, 50% for dependents.· 401(k) matching· On-going trainingRequirements• Experience within the HVAC trade (field or leadership)• Proven experience leading teams and improving performance• Strong understanding of service operations• Experience with sales in a service environment• High business acumenReady to Lead From the Front?If you're the type of leader who takes ownership, develops people, and drives results, we want to talk to you!Apply today and help us build the future of our service team.
