Occupational Therapist

Job Requirements We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist I to join our team. In this role, you will provide therapeutic services to patients to help them develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working. You will assess patients’ needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement interventions to enhance their physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, effective communication, and a commitment to patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Assess patients’ physical, emotional, and developmental needs to create tailored therapy plans. Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patients’ functional abilities. Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and their families on therapy goals and home exercise programs. Maintain compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies. Qualifications Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
