Customer Service Representative

What You'll Do

✅ Handle incoming customer calls in a high-volume call center environment

✅ Respond to billing inquiries, account questions, and customer concerns

✅ Investigate issues and provide accurate, timely resolutions

✅ Navigate multiple systems and applications to research customer information

✅ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure complete issue resolution

✅ Maintain professionalism and deliver exceptional customer experiences

✅ Process transactions and support additional business functions as needed

✅ Meet performance and quality standards in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

✔ 1+ year of customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications

✔ Previous call center experience

✔ Retail customer service experience

✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills

✔ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

✔ Strong data entry and computer skills

✔ Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes

✔ Microsoft Word and Excel experience

✔ Sales experience is a plus

✔ Demonstrated leadership skills

Schedule & Training

100% In Office (Not Hybrid)

⏰ Regular Shift: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM CST

⚠️ Schedule flexibility is required, as hours may change based on business needs.

Training Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of O'Fallon, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
