For over 50 years, we have encouraged kids to make positive changes in their lives.We seek a Director of Operations to provide leadership to the Youth Care Specialists and Youth Care Specialists Supervisors to ensure alignment with established Program operations policies, procedures and protocol. Provide supervision for youth served in a safe and secure environment.
