Digital Marketing Campaign Coordinator

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-loving Marketing Account Manager to help us keep our brand (and our clients’) running smoothly, smartly, and in sync. You’ll support campaigns, communications, and client deliverables - playing a key role in making sure nothing falls through the cracks. The ideal person is equal parts organized and creative, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and is ready to grow. Location: Must be located in Orlando, Clermont, Winter Garden, or the surrounding area. Salary: Full-time, $45,000 a year. Report: To founder. Important Note: This is a 1099 contract position. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and scheduling of content for social media, email, and digital campaigns Coordinate marketing materials, including presentations, newsletters, and reports Manage and update the company website and social media channels Conduct market research and compile competitive insights Support event planning and logistics, including promotions and follow-up Track campaign performance metrics and help prepare monthly reports Maintain marketing calendars, asset libraries, and contact databases Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams as needed Provide administrative support for the marketing team as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or graduating soon Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Familiarity with tools like Squarespace, Canva, Mailchimp, Google Workspace, and Meta Business Suite is a plus Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn What We Offer Growth opportunities in a creative, collaborative environment Hands-on experience across digital, social, and content marketing Supportive team culture with opportunities to contribute ideas and shape campaigns #J-18808-Ljbffr Digital Sargeant
