Customer Service Representative – Client Support

• Customer-facing customer service, account management, order management, or sales support experience
• Experience working with multiple customers and customer-specific requirements
• Strong order processing and data-entry experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP, CRM, or order management systems

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
• Provide customers with order status, shipment information, and general support
• Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Monitor open orders and shipments to ensure customer requirements and deadlines are met
• Communicate proactively regarding delays, discrepancies, shipment concerns, or order changes
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Logistics, Operations, and other internal teams as needed
• Research customer issues independently and work toward resolution before escalating when appropriate
• Take ownership of customer concerns through completion and follow-up
• Maintain accurate customer records, notes, documentation, and activity status
• Support both domestic and international customers
• Understand and follow customer-specific requirements for documentation, packaging, shipping, and communication
• Process domestic and international sales orders
• Serve as backup support for order processing specialists
• Process approximately 10–15 orders per day while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Ask appropriate clarifying questions when order information is incomplete or inconsistent
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation related to customer feedback, issues, and resolutions
• Stay current on product information and communicate relevant customer feedback internally
• Perform other customer service responsibilities as assigned

• Previous experience in customer service, account management, order management, inside sales support, or customer support
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
• Strong problem-solving and customer relationship skills
• Ability to take ownership of issues and follow through to completion
• Experience collaborating with multiple internal departments
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and ERP, CRM, or order management systems
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Industry experience in fragrance, flavor, cosmetics, personal care, consumer products, manufacturing, specialty chemicals, or related industries is highly preferred.
