Role Description The Sr. Recruiter role is a full-time, on-site position based in Houston, TX. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process for a variety of positions. The Sr. Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop targeted recruitment strategies, and maintain strong communication throughout the hiring process. Day-to-day tasks include leveraging job boards and professional networks, building and maintaining candidate pipelines, managing applicant tracking systems, and ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience. The Sr. Recruiter will also support recruitment reporting, compliance with employment regulations, and continuous improvement of talent acquisition practices. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Experience recruiting across multiple job families such as logistics, warehouse, clerical, general labor, CDL drivers, and professional roles. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and professional networking platforms. Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills with internal stakeholders and candidates. Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 6+ years experience in an agency or high-volume recruiting environment is highly beneficial. Willingness to continuously learn, develop recruiting skills, and stay current with industry trends and best practices. Demonstrated ability to meet recruiting, placement, and production goals in a high-volume environment. Ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs, staffing demands, priorities, processes, and technology.
