Go Anywhere.Duties & Responsibilities:Lead and support branch operations to achieve financial, operational, service, and growth objectives.Provide day-to-day leadership, direction, coaching, and support to branch employees while fostering accountability, collaboration, and employee development.Build strong relationships with employees and create an approachable leadership environment that encourages communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.Own branch Profit & Loss (P&L) performance, including revenue growth, gross margin, expense management, and overall profitability.Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the branch through new business development, expansion of existing customer relationships, and increased market presence.Maintain an active, customer-facing presence and develop strong relationships with current and prospective customers.Partner with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to develop domestic transportation solutions that meet customer requirements and business objectives.Apply knowledge of domestic freight brokerage, carrier markets, capacity, pricing, and customer needs to support effective business decisions.Establish clear performance expectations, monitor results, provide feedback, and address performance concerns when necessary.Analyze operational and financial metrics to identify trends, improve productivity, enhance service, and support profitable growth.Support employee development through regular communication, coaching, feedback, and identification of growth opportunities.Partner with regional and corporate leadership on branch objectives, business opportunities, and strategic initiatives.Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and other business partners to support service performance and capacity needs.Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, customer service, and operational excellence.Monitor freight market conditions, customer trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and risks impacting the branch.Lead branch meetings and participate in operational and commercial planning activities.Support branch staffing, hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention efforts.Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, regulatory standards, and applicable transportation industry practices.Support special projects, business initiatives, and other duties as assigned.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field preferred; Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy. This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus program.
