The Treetop ABA - Arizona offers the Operations Manager - In-Home Services position. This isn\'t a typical desk job—it\'s a role that connects operations to service delivery across in-home, school, community, and clinic-based ABA programs. Who We Are At The Treetop ABA , we help children ages 2-18 with autism and developmental needs through in-home, school, community, and clinic-based ABA programs. Where You\'ll Work This role supports our Arizona in-home service region , with an assigned primary clinic office for administrative work, staff support, and team collaboration. Based on where you reside, your home clinic may be one of our Phoenix metro locations: West Phoenix Central Phoenix Mesa Glendale Scottsdale Day-to-day work includes both office-based coordination and field-based support as needed. What You\'ll Do This role ensures our in-home ABA services run smoothly from referral to service delivery. You\'ll coordinate schedules, support staff, communicate with families, and keep operations moving without service interruptions. Coordinating staff assignments, schedules, and visit logistics Supporting clinical and administrative teams with day-to-day operational tasks Ensuring families receive timely communication and feel supported throughout the process Troubleshooting service issues such as cancellations, staffing gaps, or onboarding delays Partnering with leadership to improve processes and field operations Tracking service delivery, onboarding tasks, and documentation for compliance Supporting field trainings, team engagement, and operational planning Maintaining compliance with internal policies and payer requirements to avoid service disruptions Requirements What We\'re Looking For Must live within commuting distance of one of our Clinics 2+ years of operations, administrative, or healthcare/ABA experience preferred Exceptional organization and customer service skills Strong communication and a flexible, problem-solving mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Schedule Typical hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Flexibility will occasionally be required to support staff trainings, clinic events, and other operational needs outside typical hours Based onsite at one of our local clinics nearest you Benefits What You\'ll Love About Working With Us Salary that matches your skills: $55,000 - $67,500 annually depending on experience Benefits that have your back: Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Paid Training Supportive team culture: Fun, collaborative, and focused on professional growth Ready to Apply?
