What You’ll Be Doing

As an Assistant to the Bakery Team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our bakery operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

Following directions from the Bake Team to prepare tools, products, and bakery line items.
Keeping up with the pace of the team to ensure everything is ready when needed.
Supporting the team by maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.
Lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds as needed.
Standing for extended periods while assisting with bakery operations.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should bring the following to the table:

Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role or environment.
Skills: A strong ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Physical Requirements: Comfort with lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods of time.
