The Team Support Specialist provides administrative and scheduling support for home health and/or infusion services, ensuring efficient daily operations and exceptional patient care. Coordinates patient and staff schedules, maintains accurate documentation and data entry, reconciles scheduled and completed visits, and supports billing and medical records processes. Partners with agency leadership to promote high-quality care while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, agency policies, and documentation standards.

Qualifications:

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Post High School education or training preferred
• 3 years’ experience in health care related field, home health experience preferred
• Excellent data entry skills
• Experience with windows and software packages required, i.e., Power Point, Excel, and Word
• Excellent communication, organization and customer service skills
• Ability to work as member of a team, solve problems and multi-task in a timely fashion. Proficient with Zoom & Teams meetings

Salary Range: Minimum 15.00/hour - Maximum 24.09/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
