Inventory Coordinator

This is a 2nd shift position. The Logistics Technician will work with the Floor Supervisors to ensure Inventory is being stored in accordance with Department expectations. Key Responsibilities Monitor incoming production and ensure the warehouse has appropriate storage availability. Assist with all documentation and administration of unit storage/inventory using multiple software tools including SAP EWM, SAP ECC, and Microsoft Office. Assist with all goods receiving for items not produced in the Indianapolis Manufacturing Plant. Assist QA group to ensure no quality issues escape the warehouse. Work with Floor Supervisors to set up Inventory Management best practices. Monitor bin storage through cycle counts, audits, and by using various reports. Assist with the Annual Physical Inventory Maintain and develop positive business relationships with key personnel involved in or directly relevant to Quality/Inventory Management. Other related duties as assigned by management. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 2 + Years of experience in warehouse environment inventory control Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in the Warehouse Industry. Strong quality and customer satisfaction orientation. Previous experience using ERP software, ideally SAP EWM and SAP - Sales to Cash module High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Capacity to communicate professionally in written and verbal format across a wide audience. Team oriented perspective; able to work well & contribute with other points of view. Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while also able to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work in self-directed manner to identify needs of the organization and/or customer.
