Qualifications & Desired Experience: Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program Active certification or license as a School Psychologist Previous experience in a K-12 school setting preferred Strong skills in consultation, assessment, and data-driven decision making Familiarity with IEPs, behavioral intervention plans, and crisis intervention Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students strengths and areas needing support Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Provide individual and group counseling to students as needed Consult with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop effective intervention strategies Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings Support crisis intervention and provide preventive mental health services Maintain accurate records in compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines This contract opportunity offers a unique chance to work closely with students, teachers, and families within a caring school environment.
