Business Account Manager, Digital Chromatography Solutions

Danaher seeks a Business Account Manager to drive growth of Genedata Chromatics, a chromatography data management platform serving biopharmaceutical organizations. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, building client relationships, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to expand software adoption. Candidates should hold a life sciences degree and have at least two years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in software.

Responsibilities

Represent company at conferences and industry events to raise awareness of Genedata Chromatics platform
Identify business opportunities by uncovering chromatography data management and analysis needs
Drive full sales cycle from prospecting through deal closure and proposal negotiation
Manage active customer accounts, build relationships, handle renewals and license expansion
Collaborate with professional services and product teams to identify and develop opportunities

Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in life sciences discipline
Minimum 2 years sales or business development experience in life science industry
Knowledge of drug discovery processes and strong planning skills
Currently located in U.S. with legal work authorization
B2B software sales experience preferred
Hands-on chromatography experience and data analysis skills preferred

Compensation: $90,000-$120,000 base; eligible for bonus/incentive pay
