$55,000 - $76,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Georgia family law.
• Coordinate discovery processes, including gathering, organizing, and managing evidence and documentation.
• Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings and trials by compiling necessary materials and information.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, attorneys, and court personnel to facilitate case progress.
• Manage case files and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Monitor and adhere to court deadlines, ensuring timely submission of all required documents.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies and provide insights to the legal team as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience in family law litigation and criminal defense, with a proven ability to manage cases from intake to resolution.
• Ability to draft and review legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery materials, with precision and attention to detail.
• Proven track record of maintaining accurate and organized case records, ensuring all documents are filed correctly and on time.
• Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients, attorneys, and court personnel, ensuring clarity and understanding.
• Ability to handle sensitive and urgent matters with calm efficiency, maintaining professionalism under pressure.
• Experience in coordinating with attorneys to identify necessary facts, documents, and evidence to support client positions.
• Proficiency in using legal software, such as MyCase, for case management and document organization, ensuring seamless workflow and collaboration with the team.
