Vision
UFS' bridge between Categories & Channels - translating category insights and strategy into channel appropriate execution
Mission
Work in lockstep with Category teams and CD to understand Distributor needs and pain points, execute Marketing plans focused around Category initiatives and timing, and to build Distributor relationships leading to BIC activations and forward thinking
Responsibilities
Led channel strategy for Route-to-Market (RTM) to drive distribution, growth, reach and channel performance. Channels include eComm, Broadline and Club Cash & Carry
Own data content management and internal systems, partnering with Client and Syndigo to drive data accuracy, consistency, and operational efficiency to our Distributor's webshops
Coordinate and lead Quarterly Execution Plan (QEP), aligning Marketing, Customer Development, and other cross-functional teams on the quarters main objectives
Facilitate monthly Activity Review sessions across cross-functional groups to assess where we are tracking vs KPIs and aligning on action plan to close gaps and accelerate growth
