Delivery Partner (EST Hours)

About the Role The Delivery Partner (DP) is responsible for the efficient delivery of Magnit’s services to our clients. This position will work closely with vendors, client hiring managers, and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Location Remote – must work EST hours. Ideal candidate will be located in Denver, CO, Plano, TX, or Dayton, OH, with the ability to go onsite as needed. What You Will Do Handle day‑to‑day delivery of Magnit’s products/services. Maintain quality client service and day‑to‑day site operations, focusing on meeting contractual deliverables outlined in the Scope of Work. Depending on the size of the team, manage one product (payroll, compliance, or staffing desk) or multiple product lines. Maintain and update SOP “Standard Operating Procedures” for day‑to‑day procedures. Implement new processes or enhance existing processes to improve efficiencies. Ensure required screenings and pre‑employment checks are completed in line with client requirements, conduct orientation for all new workers, and maintain accurate Beeline VMS records. Handle critical Employee Relations issues, requesting support and guidance as required. Resolve and follow‑through issues related to workers, managers, and staff agencies in a timely manner. Escalate serious issues that may jeopardize Magnit’s position with the client or staffing supplier. Facilitate fulfillment of temporary requisitions through Beeline (VMS) and manage relationships with staffing desk suppliers and managers. Proactively meet with hiring managers to qualify requisitions and convey information to approved suppliers. What You Will Need Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. 3+ years of experience in Management Service Provider (MSP) client services, account management in staffing, or full cycle recruitment. Experience with VMS platforms (e.g., Beeline) preferred. Experience with contingent workforce programs, staffing vendors, or payroll operations. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. Compensation Salary range: $55,000–$70,000 USD annually. Salary rates are based on experience, skills, and geographical location.
