Overview Wholesale bakery in Los Angeles, CA is looking for one food safety & operations coordinator. Bread Lounge is looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented team member to join our bakery operations team in a Food Safety & Operations Coordinator role. Schedule: Full-time position Responsibilities Monitor daily production and sanitation records Verify cleaning and food safety procedures Follow up on operational issues and corrective actions Communicate with production and management teams Help maintain organized food safety documentation Support quality control and compliance programs Qualifications Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Good communication and follow-up skills Reliable and self-motivated Basic computer and email skills Food industry experience is a plus, but not required Training provided Opportunity for growth Stable long-term position Hands‑on experience in bakery production and food safety operations Please send your resume and a short introduction explaining why you are interested in the position. #J-18808-Ljbffr Bread Lounge
