Senior Director, West Coast Contact Center Operations

First Tech Federal Credit Union is seeking a Senior Director to own the West Coast contact center, guiding a 150-person operation across Hillsboro, OR and Rocklin, CA. You will run the function as one integrated system, partnering with Workforce, Quality and Training teams to deliver exceptional member experiences.
