Claims Advocate Paralegal

Supporting case development for disabled military veterans and their families, the full-time Claims Advocate Paralegal will gather information, draft legal documents, conduct research, and prepare assessments in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Conduct research and prepare assessments related to clients' cases, including theories and strategies Draft claims, arguments, appeals, and motions for clients' cases while prioritizing core work and meeting deadlines Coordinate with other advocates and assist in training new Claims Advocates and Client Advocates as needed Required qualifications High School degree required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred 2+ years of working experience or training preferred Fluency in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus Proficiency with standard office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Ability to successfully obtain and maintain a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) card and required VA network access
