A rapidly growing boutique law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a busy litigation practice focused on insurance defense, construction defects, claims, and related litigation matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a long-term team member who wants to grow with a collaborative and expanding legal team.

Fort Lauderdale
Full-time | Onsite to start, with hybrid flexibility possible after proven performance.

Responsibilities
- Manage litigation files from inception through trial preparation
- Draft, prepare, and file legal documents
- Coordinate discovery, subpoenas, and document production
- Maintain litigation calendars and deadlines
- Assist attorneys with hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
- Communicate with clients, courts, experts, and opposing counsel
- Organize exhibits, pleadings, and case files
Qualifications
Required
- Prior Litigation Paralegal experience
- Experience in insurance defense or construction litigation preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Tech-savvy with strong attention to detail
- Stable work history with interest in long-term growth
Preferred
- Experience working in boutique law firms
- Familiarity with fast-paced litigation environments
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $60,000 – $120,000 DOE

Transactional Associate Attorney – Corporate Law
Position Overview
A boutique law firm is seeking a Transactional Associate Attorney with approximately 3+ years of experience handling corporate and transactional matters. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and interested in growing with a dynamic and expanding legal practice.
Location
Fort Lauderdale
Full-time | Onsite preferred initially.
Responsibilities
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and transactional documents
- Assist clients with corporate structuring and business matters
- Handle commercial transactions and related legal documentation
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal guidance
- Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas as needed
- Maintain strong client communication and organization of matters
Qualifications
Required
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active Florida Bar membership
- 3+ years of transactional/corporate law experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Strong drafting and analytical skills
- Professional communication and organizational abilities
Preferred
- Experience in boutique or growing law firms
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Long-term career mindset and strong client service orientation
