Job Title: Attorney Location: Houston, Texas Salary/Payrate: $200k + bonus and AWESOME benefits!!! Work Environment: Hybrid (4 in 1 out flexible) Term: Permanent Bachelor's degree required: Yes Referral Fee: AMS will pay $1000 should the person you refer gets hired Job Description: AMS Staffing, Inc. has partnered with a boutique firm in the Houston area in search of a Litigation Attorney. The ideal candidate will have at 5-7 of experience managing matters as a Litigation Attorney ideally in a defense setting. This position will be primarily exposed to a litigation docket of professional liability, commercial litigation, and corporate litigation. The ideal candidate will have experience managing matters from file to trial.

- Drafting motions;
- Attending mediation;
- Legal research;
- Client advisement;
- Attending and preparing for trial.
- 5-7 years of experience as a Litigation Attorney.
- JD from an ABA accredited law school.
- Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401(k)
