Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy, drawing on various therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the needs of clients across all age groups.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation for client records, ensuring that all notes and progress reports are completed as required.

• Schedule and manage ongoing appointments, ensuring an organized calendar while accommodating clients' needs and preferences.

• Collaborate with other members of the clinical team to develop treatment plans and share insights regarding client progress and challenges.

• Utilize a provided billing service that manages client claims, insurance accounts receivable, and benefit checks, allowing you to focus on client care rather than administrative tasks.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as an LCSW will focus on a diverse population, including individuals and couples experiencing various mental health concerns. You will be equipped to work with clients presenting with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance use disorders, particularly those in need of support following detoxification due to substance reliance. Your insights and methods will significantly impact their journeys towards healing and stability.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Must hold a current and active LCSW license, allowing for independent practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, starting at USD 70,000 and up to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will be eligible for bonuses and other forms of compensation, including an hourly rate for services provided.
