Mechanical SuperintendentLocation: Jeffersonville, OH Type: Direct hire Industry: Industrial ConstructionThis position will lead field construction activities and supervise mechanical trades, coordinate contractors, and oversee equipment startup and commissioning while driving safety, quality, schedule, and productivity.ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and supervise mechanical construction, equipment startup, and commissioning activitiesDirect craft labor and trade contractors, including plumbing, sheet metal, electrical, and other MEP tradesDetermine construction methods, workforce requirements, material quantities, equipment needs, temporary power, and work schedulesCoordinate work between trades, contractors, engineering, material control, purchasing, quality control, and project teamsMonitor field progress, productivity, manpower, schedule, and construction interfacesEnsure work is completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, project schedules, and quality requirementsIdentify and resolve field construction issues, including productivity challenges and trade coordination conflictsEnforce project safety requirements and ensure corrective actions are implemented when neededQualifications5+ years of construction supervisory experience on large commercial or industrial projectsStrong mechanical construction background; data center experience strongly preferredExperience with equipment startup, commissioning, MEP systems, and trade coordinationExperience supervising large craft workforces and multiple contractorsAdvanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control, safety, quality, and field executionExperience supporting large commercial or industrial projects valued at $50M+Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project schedulesValid U.S. driver's license*All applicants must be able to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship of any type #LI-AD1
