Electro-Mechanical Production Assembler Is this you?

• Do you like building things with precision using hand and power tools?
• Are you comfortable following step-by-step instructions to produce consistent results?
• Can you test and fine-tune mechanisms so they hit exact tolerances—and fix them if they don’t?

• Assemble fabricated components at designated floor stations in alignment with product specs.
• Perform testing and calibration to confirm mechanisms meet required tolerances.
• Troubleshoot and repair any units that fail testing or fall outside tolerance limits.
• Execute tasks using established procedures and guidelines; operate under immediate supervision.
• Report directly to a supervisor or manager for direction and feedback.

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• 0–2 years of related experience; apprenticeship or formal specialty training may be requested.
• Working knowledge of commonly used assembly practices, processes, and terminology.
• Demonstrated proficiency with machine building/assembly tasks.

• Routine lifting up to 30 lbs without high repetition.
• Moderate exposure to machinery and to chemical, biological, and physical hazards typical of a production setting.
• Role may involve operating a powered industrial truck; this operation is at least Industrial in nature and may be classified as Heavy based on additional exposures.
