Compensation: $40,000–$50,000 Base Salary + Commission

Solution Based Therapeutics (SBT) is a specialized staffing and recruiting company serving organizations throughout the behavioral health and mental health industries. We partner with treatment centers, healthcare organizations, and behavioral health programs to help them identify, recruit, and staff qualified clinical, medical, administrative, and operational professionals.

We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to help expand our client network and drive new business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, relationship building, networking, and the behavioral healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be comfortable prospecting new organizations, speaking with executives and decision-makers, and turning new relationships into long-term staffing and recruiting partnerships.

What You'll Do

As a Business Development Representative, your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure new behavioral health organizations that can utilize Solution Based Therapeutics' staffing and recruiting services.

Responsibilities include:

• Identify and prospect new potential clients within the behavioral health, mental health, substance use disorder, and healthcare industries
• Conduct consistent outbound business development through phone calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and other outreach methods
• Connect with facility owners, executives, HR leaders, clinical leaders, administrators, and other key decision-makers
• Introduce prospective clients to SBT's staffing and recruiting services
• Identify organizations with current or anticipated hiring and staffing needs
• Schedule and conduct introductory calls and meetings with prospective clients
• Present SBT's services, capabilities, pricing structure, and value proposition
• Negotiate and secure new staffing and recruiting agreements
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective clients throughout the sales cycle
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities
• Develop long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities to expand existing accounts
• Collaborate closely with SBT's recruiting and staffing teams once new accounts are secured
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, outreach, meetings, and business development activity
• Meet or exceed individual sales, outreach, and new-client acquisition goals
• Stay informed about behavioral health industry trends, treatment providers, new facilities, and organizations experiencing growth or hiring needs
• Represent Solution Based Therapeutics professionally at networking opportunities, industry events, and within the behavioral health community

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is confident, competitive, personable, and comfortable creating business opportunities from the ground up.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Previous experience in business development, sales, account management, recruiting, staffing, healthcare, or a related field
• Strong outbound prospecting and cold-calling skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence communicating with executives, business owners, HR professionals, and healthcare leaders
• Strong relationship-building and networking abilities
• Ability to independently develop and manage a sales pipeline
• Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
• Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency with email, LinkedIn, CRM systems, and other common business-development tools

Behavioral health, healthcare, staffing, recruiting, or treatment-industry experience is strongly preferred but not required.

What Success Looks Like

A successful BDR at Solution Based Therapeutics will consistently identify new behavioral health organizations, establish relationships with key decision-makers, uncover staffing and recruiting needs, and convert those opportunities into signed client agreements.

This is not simply an account-management position. We are looking for someone who is comfortable actively developing new business, prospecting, opening doors, and closing new client relationships.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $40,000–$50,000 annually, depending on experience
• Commission: Additional commission opportunities based on new business and revenue generated
• Significant earning potential for a motivated individual who can consistently develop new client relationships

This is an in-person position based in Los Angeles, CA 90025.
