General Dentist Locum Tenens Opportunity in Glendale, AZ
We are seeking a Dentistry (Dentist (DMD/DDS)) for a locum tenens opportunity in Glendale, AZ. This position allows a dentist to practice comprehensive general dentistry with a supportive clinical team and a steady patient workflow. The ideal candidate is comfortable with surgical extractions, including simple, surgical, and full mouth procedures, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
Dates: Oct 8
Schedule: Mon-Wed 7:30a-5:30p lunch 12p-1p, Thur 9a-7p lunch 2p-3p, Fri 8a-1p
Pay Range: Starting at $125/hour
Clinical Scope
- Surgical extractions
- Extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth
Full mouth extractions may be required when clinically appropriate. Discuss any clinical limitations with the Proxi team before the assignment.
Support Staff
- 3 DA, 1 RDH
Requirements
- Active Arizona dental license
- Active DEA with all schedules
- CSR if required by the state
- Experience in high volume general dentistry environments preferred
