NetSuite Operations Manager

Our client is a growing industrial manufacturer seeking a hands‑on NetSuite Operations Manager to bring greater visibility, consistency, and scale to a critical business system. This is a high impact opportunity for someone who enjoys building structure, strengthening data discipline, and helping operations and finance work from the same source of truth. The person in this role will have meaningful exposure to leadership, direct influence on plant performance, and the chance to shape how ERP processes evolve as the business grows. What You Will Do Lead the day-to-day use and continuous improvement of NetSuite within a manufacturing environment. Strengthen data accuracy across production, inventory, and transaction activity so operational reporting and financial visibility remain reliable. Build, develop, and lead a small team focused on ERP transactions and data support. Partner closely with operations leadership and finance to ensure plant activity is recorded correctly and translated into actionable business insight. Create practical workflows, training materials, and process documentation that improve consistency across the site. Coach employees on proper system use and reinforce process discipline in a way that supports production goals. Review ERP data health, identify gaps or recurring issues, and drive corrective action that improves trust in the system. Support reporting, user adoption, and long-term ERP effectiveness as the organization continues to scale.
