Bilingual Spanish Receptionist

Wonderful opportunity exists for Bilingual Spanish Front Desk Receptionist at non-profit organization's Bronx location. This is onsite Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm. Please have excellent phone skills as you will be the initial point of contact for callers and visitors. Some of your duties will include: Greeting and assisting visitors Answering busy phones Processing incoming and outgoing mail Performing administrative and clerical tasks Keeping the Reception area and conference rooms presentable and organized Issuing visitor badges Ordering supplies This is a long-term temporary, potential temporary-to-direct hire position.
