Committed to excellence and the power of meaningful moments, we strive to make every day fulfilling and enriching for the seniors we serve.Caregiver Responsibilities:Assisting patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other activities of daily living.Helping with general light housekeeping.Making arrangements for or providing transportation as needed.Observing and reporting on a patient's condition.Keeping up with in-service training.Enters patients records daily in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy and procedures; incidents and observations, reports any changes in patients' physical condition and/or behavior; observes and documents the health and emotional condition of each patient; promptly reports any changes to the supervisorCaregiver Qualifications/Skills:Reliable transportation with car insuranceMust be at least 18 years oldMust be able to pass a criminal background checkIn-home caregiving experience supporting elderly clients with ADLsExperience creating a safe, effective environmentListening, analyzing information, and focusing on qualityDependability and punctualityPhysical ability to reach with hands and arms; climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and lift up to 50 lbs. while avoiding potential injury from transferring, repositioning, or lifting residentsEducation, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:High School Diploma or GEDAny state-mandated certificationMust have a valid in-state driver's license, provide current registration and insurance, and have a driving record with no more than 2 points within the last 3 years$18 an hourJob Types: PRNMileage reimbursementCell Phone StipendWork Location: In person
