Sous Chef

Coquette Brasserie

We are looking for a talented and highly organized Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in Raleigh, NC. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves cooking, thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, and takes pride in running an organized and efficient service. What We’re Looking For: Strong cooking skills with attention to detail Ability to lead by example during busy services Highly organized and clean Excellent time management and communication Experience with prep, line execution, ordering, and inventory Ability to maintain consistency and quality standards Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic Minimum 3 years kitchen leadership experience preferred Responsibilities: Assist Executive Chef with daily kitchen operations Lead and support line cooks and prep team Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation Help manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls Maintain sanitation and health standards Train and develop kitchen staff What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Growth opportunities Professional, team-focused environment Fast-paced and creative kitchen If you are a great cook, organized under pressure, and ready to be part of a strong kitchen team, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Coquette Brasserie
