Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges and strengths, assessing their current resources effectively.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client, ensuring that clear and actionable goals are set.

• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions and psychoeducation classes, creating engaging environments for clients to learn coping strategies and enhance their support networks.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, in addition to performance-based bonuses.
