We're partnering with a growing technology-driven organization seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a small team while remaining actively involved in system design, intelligent automation initiatives, and process development. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing people leadership with hands-on technical contributions and takes pride in building scalable, repeatable solutions. What You’ll Do Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers. Contribute directly to and drive technical leadership related to system architecture, workflow design, and engineering methods. Manage priorities across multiple projects: monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions. Establish, maintain, and improve engineering processes, documentation, and quality standards. Partner with stakeholders to evaluate requirements, assess trade-offs, and deliver data-driven recommendations. What We’re Looking For Proven experience leading a multi-disciplinary engineering team with exceptional mechanical engineering design skills. Prior leadership experience managing teams, projects, or technical initiatives. Strong background in process improvement and system design. Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, standards, and design artifacts. Ability to adapt quickly, reprioritize effectively, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
