We are looking for a Product Owner for our agricultural and agro-food cooperative client, based in Olivet (45) on a permanent contract.

We are seeking an experienced profile with several years of experience in the field of digital project management. You will embody the digital experience of the cooperative for farmers, commercial networks, and internal services, and will lead the development of the new platform in an agile mode, ensuring the link between business needs and their technical implementation.

Your main duties will include:

• Embodying the digital experience of the cooperative for farmers, commercial networks, and internal services,
• Developing the Digital IT Strategy,
• Creating and maintaining the product roadmap while considering priorities and constraints,
• Collecting and analyzing user needs (internal and external) and monitoring product performance to identify development opportunities and propose continuous improvements,
• Writing functional and technical specifications for products,
• Working closely with development teams to ensure product delivery on time and in accordance with quality requirements,
• Leading, training, and supporting internal teams in product usage, promoting and showcasing product features to optimize their use,
• Conducting competitive and technological surveillance to anticipate market changes,
• Regularly reporting on your activities to your manager.

We are looking for someone who can work with:

• Agile project methodology,
• Microsoft 365 tools,
• Project management tools (DevOps, etc.),
• Database querying,
• Office suite, Excel, Business Software, ERP.
