Bookkeeping Reconciliation Specialist

Job Description On Site-Account Manager – Escrow/Financial Reconciliation Position is available at our Acworth, Ga or Loganville, Ga office. About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for managing financial reconciliations for multiple clients while building and maintaining strong long‑term relationships. What You’ll Do Review and verify account transaction records to ensure accuracy and completeness in financial systems Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and account records Prepare and maintain reports for internal and external audit purposes Coordinate with banks, vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve reconciliation issues Deliver reconciliations to clients accurately and on time Build and maintain strong long‑term relationships with assigned clients Communicate client needs and concerns to leadership Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients by offering additional services Partner with the New Client Coordinator to onboard new clients Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records in SmartSheets What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent required At least one year of banking or accounting experience preferred Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience with reconciliation software a plus Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously A team player who takes initiative and ownership of their work Why Join Us Collaborative and supportive team environment Opportunity to build meaningful client relationships Stable and growing company Health and Life Insurance, PTO and 401K #J-18808-Ljbffr Positively Balanced
