Business Operations Specialist

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Operations Specialist in Clayton, MO. Summary: Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Operations Specialist to support the Chief Operating Officer and broader leadership team. This role offers exposure to multiple areas of the business, including operations, project coordination, executive support, and marketing. Key Responsibilities: Operations & Project Coordination:

• Coordinate cross-functional projects and business initiatives
• Track milestones, deadlines, and action items
• Assist with process improvements and operational reporting
• Monitor key business metrics and maintain project documentation

• Support the COO with meeting preparation, scheduling, and follow-up
• Prepare presentations, reports, and leadership communications
• Coordinate leadership meetings, strategic planning sessions, and company events
• Handle confidential information with discretion

• Schedule newsletters and email campaigns (content provided)
• Organize distribution lists and marketing assets
• Coordinate marketing requests, presentations, and collateral
• Upload and manage digital content, including YouTube videos
• Track project timelines and maintain branding consistency
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 3+ years of experience in an operations, project management, administrative, or marketing coordinator role
• Experience with invoicing or basic workflows (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Experience working with a PEO firm (e.g., Resourcing Edge, Insperity, ADP TotalSource)
• Exposure to a SaaS or fintech environment
• Exposure to HR functions such as invoicing, business operations workflows, or vendor coordination

• Detailed oriented
• Highly organized
• Knowledge of Salesforce and ClickUp
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Pardot, or similar)
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced fintech environment
