• Non-licensed, provisional candidates are eligible based upon holding a related Bachelor's Degree with a minimum 2.7 GPA and two years of industry-related work experience.
• Non-licensed, provisional candidates are eligible based upon holding a related Associate's Degree with a minimum 2.7 GPA and four years of industry-related work experience.
• Related degrees include:
• Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering,Information Technology, Network Engineering, Network Administration, Information and
  Computer Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science

Work experience examples include:

• Computer programmer, web designer, security analyst, software developer, mobile app developer, internet production industry, network administrator, data scientist, user interface/graphic design, IT compliance, IT strategist, virtualization manager, electronic engineering technician, computer engineering technician, network engineer, network engineering technician, IT technician, IT service desk, project manager, tech support specialist, field service technician, data support technician, desktop support administrator, end user computing technician, system support specialist, IT Consultant, security specialist, security engineer, systems administrator, security consultant, security engineer, junior IT auditor/ pen tester, previous teaching experience in this content area
