Job Description Weld Inspector Pay: $25-$28 per hour (DOE) Higher pay possible with strong header inspection experience Location: Sapulpa, OK Schedule: Monday-Friday: 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday: 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM Job Order #: 123484 Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Weld Inspector to join our team in Sapulpa. The Weld Inspector plays a critical role in ensuring all welds meet required specifications, quality standards, and customer expectations. This position is ideal for someone with strong welding knowledge, inspection experience, and attention to detail-especially with headers . What the Weld Inspector Will Be Doing
- Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
- Perform visual inspections and verify weld dimensions and integrity
- Identify weld defects and work with welders and supervisors to resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards
- Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation
- Support continuous improvement of welding and inspection processes
- Previous experience as a weld inspector or in a similar quality role
- Strong knowledge of welding processes (MIG, Flux Core, TIG, Stick)
- Header inspection experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- AWS certification preferred but not required
- Ability to work long hours and Saturdays as scheduled
