PRN Physician Assistant Or Nurse PractitionerMedcor is currently looking for a PRN (as needed) Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in our employer-based clinic in Clinton, IA. The work environment is in an advanced care clinic focusing on occupational health and primary care. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.Since this is on an as needed basis there are no guaranteed hours. If you have the availability to pick up an occasional shift we invite you to apply.The NP or PA will provide excellent advanced care for the clinic, while also working collaboratively with other medical and operational leadership at Medcor, other Medcor associates, and key contacts within the client's corporate structure. The day-to-day role of the NP includes close cooperation with the on-site medical staff operating in the clinic and a focus on team care across the Medcor operation for this client.The clinic provides a broad scope of services including the diagnosis and treatment of workers compensation injuries and illnesses, urgent care, surveillance and regulatory exams, and preventative services. This position will work closely with a Medcor employed oversight physician assigned to the site, as well as additional Medcor staff.
